    Vibrodiagnostics Faults Classification for the Safety Enhancement of Industrial Machinery

    The current digitization of industrial processes is leading to the development of smart machines and smart applications in the field of engineering technologies. The basis is an advanced sensor system that monitors selected characteristic values of the machine. The obtained data need to be further analysed, correctly interpreted, and visualized by the machine operator. Thus the machine operator can gain a sixth sense for keeping the machine and the production process in a suitable condition. This has a positive effect on reducing the stress load on the operator in the production of expensive components and in monitoring the safe condition of the machine. The key element here is the use of a suitable classification model for data evaluation of the monitored machine parameters. The article deals with the comparison of the success rate of classification models from the MATLAB Classification Learner App. Classification models will compare data from the frequency and time domain, the data source is the same. Both data samples are from real measurements on the CNC vertical machining center (CNC-Computer Numerical Control). Three basic states representing machine tool damage are recognized. The data are then processed and reduced for the use of the MATLAB Classification Learner app, which creates a model for recognizing faults. The article aims to compare the success rate of classification models when the data source is a dataset in time or frequency domain and combination.</p

Dále pak má tato práce za cíl popsat, jak zacházet s vývojovým prostředím WebPack, kde je popsáno jak realizovat nový projekt. Jsou zde popsány různé metody návrhu úlohy v tomto vývojovém prostředí. Nakonec jsou také uvedeny některé vzorové příklady ve VHDL.This bachelor’s study connects on semestral project and is focused on VHDL language and FPGA and CPLD circuits by Xilinx. The aim of this study is to describe how to work with profossional design tool WebPack. Documents detaily describes how to create new project on advanced level - with emphasis on methodiology and examples from practice in VHDL lenguage.

    Photochemistry of Common Xanthene Fluorescent Dyes as Efficient Visible-light Activatable CO-Releasing Molecules

    Xanthene derivatives are organic dyes, some of which are routinely used in different chemical and biological applications, including human medicine. In this work, we investigated the photochemistry of some of the most common ones, fluorescein, eosin Y, and rose bengal, and major products of their photodegradation using optical spectroscopy, NMR, chromatography and mass spectroscopy techniques. These substances, usually considered (photo)chemically stable, were found to liberate carbon monoxide (CO) in 40–80% chemical yields upon extensive irradiation with visible light in aqueous solutions during their multistep concomitant degradation processes. In addition, a number of low-mass secondary photoproducts, such as phthalic and formic acids, were identified in the irradiated mixtures. We demonstrate that these common fluorescent dyes can also be considered as visible-light activatable carbon monoxide (CO)-releasing molecules (photoCORMs) under specific conditions with potential biological implications
